Nielsen EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) enables publishers and distributors to exchange business messages (orders, order acknowledgements, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes) with their top retailer accounts. The information goes straight from system to system so is fully automated.

Our online portal for booksellers to check price and availability information, place orders and track orders. All the major UK and US/Canadian publishers and distributors participate and it is used by over 3,000 booksellers around the world.e information goes straight from system to system so is fully automated.

NIELSEN TELEORDERING

 

Nielsen TeleOrdering is at the heart of the book trade and is an order routing service which connects booksellers with all the major publishers in the UK and internationally.

We also help small, independent publishers trade electronically allowing you to save money and operate on a level playing field with larger publishers.

NIELSEN ONLINE ORDER COLLECTION SERVICE

 

Many booksellers now insist that publishers and suppliers receive orders and send order acknowledgments back electronically. Our simple Online Order Collection Service allows self-distributing publishers to do this quickly and efficiently.

NIELSEN PUBLISHER EDI SERVICE

 

Our Publisher EDI Service allows independent self-distributing publishers to extend their electronic trading capabilities further without the expense, resources or technical know-how required for a fully integrated solution. The service allows you to exchange business messages via a secure, reliable and auditable network trading with major booksellers and wholesalers such as Blackwell’s, Coutts, Waterstones, WHSmith, Bertrams, and Gardners.
